Shipping destinations
Burg Compounds offers shipping within the United States and to eligible international destinations, subject to product restrictions, carrier availability, and applicable laws.
Excluded shipping destinations
We do not ship to destinations where shipping, importing, or receiving our products is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations. This includes:
- Countries, territories, or regions subject to applicable U.S. trade sanctions or export restrictions that prohibit the transaction.
- Destinations currently affected by USPS international mail service suspensions.
- Countries or regions where the importation of our products is prohibited or requires authorization that has not been obtained.
- Locations where applicable carrier restrictions prevent lawful delivery.
Shipping availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders to restricted or unsupported destinations.
Buyer eligibility
We ship exclusively to verified institutional or business buyers who have completed the required research-use certification at checkout. Additional documentation may be requested before an order is processed.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears and all required documentation has been received and verified.
Processing times do not include carrier transit times. Orders requiring additional verification may take longer.
Shipping carriers and rates
Orders are shipped through USPS, subject to applicable postal restrictions and service availability.
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order details.
Packaging and labeling
Products are shipped in sealed, labeled containers displaying the appropriate product identification and lot numbers.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@burgcompounds.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping delays
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipment-related concerns but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at hello@burgcompounds.com within 7 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of any damaged products or packaging, when applicable.
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
International orders and customs
International buyers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may be legally imported, received, possessed, and used for their intended research purposes in the destination country.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required import licenses, permits, or authorizations, as well as paying applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related fees.
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, additional documentation requirements, or delivery delays.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an international order if applicable shipping, export, import, or regulatory requirements cannot be satisfied.
